Stepping inside, make your way through the entrance hall to the spacious lounge, where you will be greeted by exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace with wood burner and a cosy ambience: the perfect place to snuggle up with your favourite tipple and a good book. The contemporary, galley-style kitchen is adjacent to the lounge and offers views of the mature garden; it is well-equipped allowing you to cater for all your needs. The utility room around the corner is the ideal place for cleaning off dirty walking boots or muddy paws. Leading on from the kitchen is the light and airy dining room where you can all gather to discuss plans, play a game or share a meal. Ascending the typically narrow, winding staircase, you will find the two bedrooms (one king-size and one twin), with their sloping ceilings, exposed beams and painted, stone window frames looking out across the estate village.
