There is plenty to see and do, from beaches and restaurants and even a fascinating replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship, The Golden Hind. Further afield, the towns of Paignton and Torquay are also popular destinations with visitors and other attractions include the golden sandy beaches, a zoo, an aquarium and a wonderful steam railway which runs through the Dart Valley.
Newly refurbished in 2018, this delightful three-story coastal retreat is the perfect bolthole for exploring Brixham. The hallway is the perfect place to leave your walking boats behind you. Leading on from the hallway you with enter the delightful lounge/diner, which has been furnished to a lovely standard by the owners. Offering a wood burner, comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, it truly is the perfect space for those nights in after a long day of exploring all that this county has to offer. Following on through the property you will find the newly refurbished kitchen area, which comprises of an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. After a fun filled day head on up the stairs to rest your heads, on the first floor you will find the master bedroom and the family bathroom. The master bedroom is well furnished and offers a king-size bed and an en-suite WC and wash basin. The shower room consists of a shower and WC. Heading on up to the second floor you will find the remaining two bedrooms, a light and airy king-size bedroom and a twin room, great for the little ones of the party.
Venture outside to the rear enclosed garden area, which offers garden furniture, outside tap and hose. Roadside parking is available to the front of the property and the next street behind (subject to availability), alternatively, there are long stay public car parks located nearby.
