This well-presented cottage offers a warm welcome; from the enclosed front garden you enter the light and airy lounge which overlooks the garden and beach and offers comfy seating, Smart TV. The high-quality kitchen/diner, is well-equipped with electric Range oven and 5 gas hobs, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a well-designed room for perfect gatherings and catch ups over breakfast or at the end of the day, open up the bi-fold doors to the inner courtyard where you can sit and relax. There is a washer/dryer located in the utility area within the rear entrance hallway. Completing the ground floor is a separate WC. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will find the four bedrooms. The first a spacious super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with sea views and TV. The second a bright twin bedroom, the third is a stylishly decorated single and finally the fourth is a king-size with en-suite wet room with WC. On this floor you also find a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
