A perfect cottage in a good location We had a very nice week dispite some scattered shower everyday. The cottage is well equiped and the dog has plenty of fields to walk in. We can certainly recommend this cottage.

The Tall Barn is comfortable and well equipped, with very tasteful furnishings. It is located on a farm, with the owner and other residents in nearby buildings. It was nice to see birds, rabbits and deer on the property. We enjoyed our time there, however found that we had to drive a lot due to the location. It would have been easier if we had not Read morebrought our dog, as (understandably), there are some restrictions on where dogs are allowed within the Tall Barn. Hide

As stated above , the barn is very good . Disappointing that official access on arrival is 17.30pm . I wonder if this is because it takes so long to clean after guests with dogs leave a mess . ( see note above re carpets). Please note we were allowed access approx 15.00. We were most grateful to Margaret. All of these comments are intended to be coRead morenstructive/helpful. What an AMAZING HIDDEN GEM. The house was beautiful - very well equipped - super comfy beds. The gardens and fields are an absolute bonus. I definitely hope to come back. The local town of South Molton is worth a visit - especially the markets and cheese shop! Could not recommend this house more!

A really beautiful cottage that was super clean, welcoming and a home from home. A great place for families with children and dogs, the land around the cottage was amazing. We had great fun, thanks so much.

I rarely leave a review but I cant not for this holiday cottage. We have just returned from our second trip to The Tall Barn. It is by far the best and most equipped cottage weve stayed in. Margaret was so lovely and welcoming and the kids had great fun with Hector the puppy. Perfectly located for so many places including the fabulous quince honey Read morefarm. Highly recommend this cottage and we are already looking at when we can do a return trip. Hide
