The harbour, beach, restaurants and shops are situated a stones' throw away, making this property perfect for enjoying the many facilities the seaside town has to offer. Alternatively, use the property as a base to explore the local attractions including the picturesque coastal village of Woolacombe which boasts a three mile long golden sand beach, pubs, restaurants and shops. Other attractions in the area include Watermouth Castle, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and the National Trust's Arlington Court.

This centrally located cottage offers stylish accommodation over three floors. On entering the property take a step down into the entrance hall and from here, the staircase leads up to the half landing where you have a double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room with WC. Heading up to the top floor you will find the kitchen/diner, separate lounge, king sized zip-and-link bedroom, can be made into a twin (needs to be requested at the time of booking) and bathroom with shower over roll top bath and WC. Enter the spacious lounge area, relax on the leather sofa whilst enjoying your favourite film or TV show on the Sky TV/DVD, take in the activity on the street or just put your feet up and relax in front of the wood burner effect electric  fire. If you decide to stay in and cook there is a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A washing machine can be found in a utility cupboard on the ground floor.

Please note there is no outside space with this property.  A parking permit is available to purchase (for additional cost - approx. £35 for 7 days) for the length of your stay for a car park which is located within walking distance of the property.

A great home filled with everything you need for a relaxing or adventure filled time. Fantastic location close to all amenities. Can park the car up and forget about it for a week.

Lovely cottage in a fabulous location. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Hand gel and hand moisturisers were lovely too. All the cutlery and kitchen equipment high end and also very clean.
