The popular seaside town also offers an array of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, family entertainments, access to the South West Coast Path and there are some lovely walks across the Burrows. There is pedestrian access to the adjacent Royal North Devon Golf Club where guests can enjoy use of the bar and restaurant. The fishing village of Appledore is a short drive with its pretty quayside, restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and galleries. Nearby are a wealth of famous beaches and attractions that include Instow, Saunton Sands, Woolacombe, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, the cobbled streets of Clovelly, Dartington Crystal, Lundy Island and many more.
Upon entering the beautiful accommodation, you are greeted with a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner in the summer, you can open the patio doors to let the outside in and in the cooler months create a cosier feel with the wood burner. Here you can relax on the comfy sofas while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV (with freesat box) or a movie on the Amazon Firestick. The well-equipped kitchen/dining area has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, which is perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. There is also a useful utility room with a washer/dryer and is perfect for storing coats and sandy shoes after a day on the beach. From the lounge area you will enter into the immaculate and spacious king-size bedroom which has a TV and doors leading out onto the patio, there is also a delightful shower room with WC. Heading upstairs are a further two bedrooms both with TV’s. The first bedroom is a twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) with a contemporary shower room and WC. The final third bedroom is a king-size and boasts an impressive feature window with balcony that has views reaching to the sea. There is also a beautiful bathroom with a double ended bath with a hand-held shower attachment over the bath and a WC.
Venturing outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio and seating, it makes a perfect spot to enjoy a charcoal BBQ or a place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. There is also a private hot tub to unwind in and a beach hut which is perfect for storing bikes, wet suits and sandy boots. Off-road parking for two cars can be found at the front of the property.
