The apartment was lovely, well organised and all the equipment you need. Mr Patel welcomed us on arrival and was very friendly with some good suggestions of things to do and places to eat. The apartment was very clean and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend.

As a couple that rely on reviews before booking a holiday, we would like to offer our own thoughts. Firstly, weve found it a delightful, comfortable place to stay and can agree Mr Patel to be extremely helpful and friendly. The patio door blind mentioned in a review to be needing attention has been replaced with a roller blind. The balcony (no bbq)Read more faces east, that together with windows facing both north and south have better views than the pictures suggest, as you look out over a sea of build Hide

The accommodation was excellent very well designed. We had a very nice time in Devon having not visited for a very long time, particularly impressed with Barnstable which was easily accessible by bus, a very good frequent service. We thought the art and museums in the area were very well presented. The bonus was that we were lucky with the weather Read moreso walking was very enjoyable. Hide

Location is good as it is less than a mile from a retail park with an enormous Sainsbury's and a large BP petrol station. Close to the town centre of Barnstaple. If you are planning on doing some walking Barnstaple is at the start of the Tarka Trail and there is a 32 mile stretch from which runs through Barnstaple which you can walk or cycle on as Read moreit is a converted disused railway line. There are also places on this route where you can rent bikes. Decent size TV. Would reccomend. Hide
