Make a picnic and stride out along the dramatic South West Coast Path. Choose which direction to head out along, as this cottage is almost exactly midway along the picturesque route. Head into St Keverne to stock up on groceries and return to Porthallow for a pint and a bite to eat in the popular pub. Take the children to the Cornish Seal Sanctuary, 9 miles away in Gweek.
