This beautiful property located just a fifteen-minute walk from Brixham Breakwater beach and just further along to the bustling harbour, take the bus, which is directly outside or stroll into the town and enjoy exploring the shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs. Brixham boasts several beaches, two of which are within a ten-minute walk of the property: Breakwater Beach, which is not only popular with families but also with scuba divers, and Shoalstone beach, a shingle beach with a delightful seawater pool which is free to access. Visit the famous life-size replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship, The Golden Hind, moored in the harbour, which offers five decks of interesting hands-on exhibits, or explore the English Riviera and catch the ferry across the bay to the ever-popular resort of Torquay. A wonderful steam railway that runs through the Dart Valley can be explored 3 miles away, with the beautiful destinations of Kingswear and Dartmouth easily accessed. A path leads to this delightful ground floor apartment to find yourself in the entrance hall, where you can hang your coats. Also offers a breakfast bar area and plenty of space to prepare meals. To the right of the kitchen is a twin bedroom and the family bathroom, which has a large shower and WC. Slightly down the hall on your left is the second bedroom, a double-sized room with plenty of storage space. Completing the apartment is the light and airy open-plan lounge/dining area, with a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a table and chairs to sit and enjoy meals together.

Outside to the rear of the apartment accessed through the lounge sliding door is a bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee or alfresco dining with lovely sea views in the distance. Parking is provided in the form of a private car park with one allocated parking space, also offers visitors parking space if required.

Fabulous apartment, very clean and well looked after. Easy parking right outside the front door. Location good for walking to the Berry Head Hotel, and down into the harbour, and on into the town.

The apartment was well looked after, very clean and tidy. It is a 10-15 minuete walk into Brixham itself but is well located for driving further afield. Beds were very comfortable, towels were available and there was a lovely welcome gift left for us when we arrived. Very happy with our stay, no issues, would recommend.

Nice little apartment, clean & tidy. It only takes about 15 minutes to walk down to the harbour but is situated in the middle to walk to berry head aswell

Really nice apartment, very clean,in a nice quiet area and easy to get to unlike a lot of places in Brixham, off road parking was perfect and the sea views are amazing, comfy beds, good size shower and nice to have some brownies and some milk, would definitely stay again

The flat was further back from the sea than the pictures indicate so would need transport to get to the sea or Brixham itself. The accomodation was spacious, comfortable and well equiped

On arrival we found the kitchen bin had no lid (although it was replaced) and the sink waste had food in it, the tea towel was unusable as it was very old and looked dirty. Place was clean and comfortable but it was very disappointing that although it was stated that towels would be provided, we were only given 1 face towel between the three of us. When we requested more we were told they don't stock them and that there might be one in a cupboard. There was but it was dirty so we couldn't use it.

The apartment has everything you may need we didnt really use all of the facilities as we mainly ate out but it has everything you could need. . Very good base for getting about to visit Paignton and Torquay etc we did walk into the harbour every evening to eat but you need to be fairly fit as its not particularly far but it is up and down steep baRead morenks But there is parking close by. We would definitely return. The zoo is worth a visit Hide

Lovely and spacious and modern, well equipped and lots of information available to read for places to visit. Good manuals on descriptions of appliances. Bus stop nearby. Kitchen well stocked with tea, coffee etc.

Lovely apartment, well equipped, clean and tidy with bonus of a parking space, which many other apartments in the area done have. Brixham is about 15 minutes walk away, its all downhill going, but is quite a steep walk back up the steps and hills. Really enjoyed the local independent places to eat, lots of fresh fish.
