Nestled in the beautiful seaside village of Mortehoe and within a couple of hundred metres of the local pub, shop and Fish & Chip shop! The beautiful beaches are within walking distance including the award winning Woolacombe, which is known to be a mecca for surfers and great for any water sports including paddleboarding. With its 3-mile-long golden sandy beach, it's ideal for families and four-legged friends with parts of the beach being dog friendly all year long. Enjoy a stroll around the plethora of local shops, pubs, and restaurants or just sit and enjoy a bag of fish and chips and watch the sun set over the sea. Discover the Tarka Trail, a 180-mile traffic-free cycling and walking path, and stop for a picnic or enjoy a cream tea in one of the cafes and tearooms along the way. Walking enthusiasts will love the coastal path where you can enjoy seal spotting and spectacular views.

On entering this traditional three-storey holiday home leave your sandy shoes and walk into the welcoming kitchen/diner. Enjoy this social space which is great for entertaining with the fully equipped kitchen. Try out those special recipes, dine with your friends and family at the large farmhouse table and relax with the wood burner on the cooler evenings. To complete this floor is a walk-in shower room. Take the stairs to the balcony where you can sit and enjoy sea views with your morning coffee. On this first floor is a bedroom with a king-size bed, and the lounge where you can enjoy the open fire whilst relaxing in front of the Smart TV and watching a movie or two. From here you can open the doors onto the balcony and enjoy a spot of people watching. There is also a WC on this floor. On the second floor are a further three bedrooms; a double, a super-king-size zip-and-link that can be made up as twin beds if requested, and a twin room. To complete this floor is the family bathroom.

Enjoy relaxing on the two balconies at the property which provide fantastic views, this is the ideal spot to relax with a sundowner or catch up with a good book. At the rear of the property is a garden area with benches to enjoy the warm evenings, this is shared with the other properties in the crescent and access is from the end property.

This is a lovely, well presented house which we felt very comfortable in. The location is fantastic.

Lovely setting and some brilliant walks from the front door! Lots of useful information in the welcome pack and a beautiful bottle of bubbles to greet us when we arrived. All very clean and a great time had.

Great location in Morthoe village but parking is a real challenge especially when loading and unloading the car at the start and end of the trip. The space at the front of the house is only suitable for very small cars and not really a parking space. Great house, very spacious with everything you could need.
