Comfortable and well equipped, had a minor issue on arrival but on contacting the owner, she was friendly, very helpful and resolved it straight away. The views from the lounge window are lovely. Large comfortable bed. We spent a lot of time on Woolacoombe beach with our dog, which is only a 10 minute drive away.

We came to get away from fireworks with our nervous greyhounds, and it was lovely. Although we did head some bangs from the local town, it was still lovely and quiet on the other evenings. The coastal route is a bit dodgy with steps and stone walls which out dogs weren't able to get over, but I'm sure it would be lovely for keen walkers. Really enjoyed our holiday. The cottage is in a lovely location. Panoramic views from the living room window and balcony. The cottage was very well equipped with everything a family could need. A short drive over to Ilfracombe and Woolacombe and a very scenic walk to the coast right from the cottage gate.

We had a fantastic time at this lovely property, it comes with our highest recommendation. A short distance from both Ilfracombe and Woolacombe in a quiet village surrounded by fantastic walks and incredible views. Sitting in the lounge with the fire on looking out across the hills to the sea was a real treat! Thank you for having us.

Had a fabulous stay in this home from home - a real sun trap for the winter sunshine, and the views and sunsets are amazing! The location of the cottage between ilfracombe and Woolacombe is perfect, and reading about Lee bay, the area has lots of history. Excellent location with wonderful views. Spacious, warm accomodation with very comfortable beds. Exceptionally quiet but not isolated and near to beaches and Ilfracombe. Lots of walks right on doorstep so no need to always take dogs out in car.
