This property is situated in a truly stunning location within metres of the sea wall. A few steps bring you directly onto the golden sands, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, surfing, rock pooling and can even take a surfing lesson at the North Devon Surf Academy. Guests can enjoy a round of golf at nearby Royal North Devon Golf Club (1.5 miles), or perhaps take scenic walks amongst the dunes or along the South West Coast Path. Within a 3.5-mile radius of the property are two pretty harbour towns and villages, Bideford and Appledore; each is a great place to spend a day wandering the narrow streets or perhaps taking a relaxing boat trip around the coast. This duplex apartment is a fabulous holiday home.

Step into the ground-floor entrance hall which leads to three of the four bedrooms, the first of which is a spacious king-size with en-suite shower and WC. A further two bedrooms both have super-king-zip-and-link beds (which can be made into twin beds on request). One features an Xbox Series S with venom twin controllers and ultimate games pass allowing access to over 100 games. A family bathroom with bath and WC is also on this level. Heading upstairs to the first floor you are drawn to the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is dominated by floor-to-ceiling windows running the width of the room, offering breath-taking ocean views. The lounge area with comfortable seating provides a perfect place to sit and relax whilst enjoying the ever-changing view or watching a movie on the Sky Glass TV which is fully packaged. This space also has access to a fantastic patio balcony. The dining area seats eight people, and the well-equipped and stylish kitchen area provides an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer and additional drying space along with a further fridge/freezer. The upstairs also hosts the master bedroom, which again benefits from floor-to-ceiling windows running the width of the room and a super king size bed. An en-suite accompanies the bedroom, with a large walk-in shower and WC.

Heading outside, there is a patio balcony leading off the living area where you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views from the comfort of the outside furniture, warmed by a patio heater. There is parking for one car in the building's underground car park. Additional parking is available in the pay and display car park nearby. A lift is accessible from the underground car park.

We had a wonderful stay over May half term. Very well looked after property, which had superb views! Well equipped, 8 people stayed and everyone had enough space for themselves. The beds were extremely comfortable and we will be definitely be back.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Well situated for pubs, restaurants, coastal walks and the beach.. Lots of space and plenty of equipment. The welcome pack was a nice touch.

The apartment is just wonderful. Gorgeous and with absolutely everything you could need for a week away. Lovely local pubs for food, coastal walks, sandy beach and lots of interesting local places to visit. Even if the weathers inclement, watching the stormy sea from the comfort of a cosy sofa is so relaxing. Totally recommended a stay here x

Beautiful apartment, clean and very spacious. I appreciated the welcome pack and the milk already in the fridge. Westward Ho! is great and I enjoyed using the sea pool that is a stones throw from the apartment. I would recommend this apartment highly!

Fabulous property and very well specced. The rooms were huge and there was plenty of space for 6 of us including three teenagers. We opened all the windows every day, you get a lovely breeze in from the sea. Parking at first is a little nerve wracking but once you are used to it, its no problem.
