This barn is situated just two miles from the Atlantic coast and is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, under two miles from the South West Coast path. A favourite local walk will take you straight from the barn down idyllic country lanes past Docton Mill Gardens & Tearooms to the stunning coastline of Speke’s Mouth with its beautiful waterfall, dramatic cliffs, and small coves.
Stepping inside this spacious barn you immediately feel warm and cosy with the exposed beams, limestone flooring with toasty underfloor heating, a fireplace with a wood burner, TV/DVD, and cosy seating beckon you to relax and unwind. Open the bi-fold doors that overlook the patio and let the outside in. Heading on to the well-equipped kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, plus a wall mounted Smart TV and a large dining table making mealtimes a breeze. Completing the ground floor is a shower room with heated towel rails and WC. Heading upstairs to the sleeping accommodation you will find three bedrooms, two having a king-size bed and a TV.
