The market town of Barnstaple is just 4 miles away, and there you can explore the pannier market, browse the plethora of high-street and independent shops, watch a show at the theatre or take a dip in the swimming pool if it's not beach weather. If you’re the outdoors type, there is a wide range of activities, such as surfing, canoeing and horse-riding right on the doorstep, plus both Exmoor and Dartmoor are close, and perfect for hiking. Enter this lovely cottage through its oak porch to the entrance hallway. From here, head to the right and you will find a spacious kitchen/dining area with French doors leading to the enclosed garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with a range oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and also a washer/dryer. To the left of the hallway, you will find a light and airy lounge with a Smart TV and comfortable seating to sit back and relax in front of the wood burner. There is also a further set of French doors which lead to the enclosed garden and these enable you to enjoy the fresh air from the comfort of the lounge. Completing the offering on the ground floor and located to the rear of the hallway is a WC. Heading up the stairs and onto the characterful first floor, you will find both of the beautiful bedrooms. The first is a gorgeous king-size room with a TV and an en suite shower room with WC, and the second a cosy twin room (with zip-and-link beds that can be presented as a super-king-size upon request) with views over the village towards the church, a TV and en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
