Lovely warm and comfortable place to stay for a holiday, ours being a short break this time with family. The Barn was ideal for us as two couples, being able to have our own bathrooms. The location is great once there, but the five miles or so of road leading to it are not. Some of the road is reasonable, but other parts are very bad, with potholeRead mores everywhere. However, if you dont intend to leave the Barn much during your stay, its definitely worth choosing this property. We had lovely comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are large with really good showers and plenty of very hot water. The combined kitchen, dining and lounge area are well equipped, with good seating and lighting. Our hosts were lovely, and the complementary cream tea provided for us, on arrival, was a very nice surprise. We would definitely stay here again! Hide

The cottage is very warm and comfortable which was appreciated as the weather was terrible - but it was February! The cottage is in easy reach of the coast although once off the main roads, the condition of the lanes makes journeys very slow.

The barn is a nice space, with two double bedrooms and plenty of space enough for our family of three. Unfortunately, the road leading to the barn was in a very poor state, but it was January and the weather had been awful. You will need a car to stay here as there aren't any walks from the barn. The owners were on hand and they helped straight awaRead morey with a radiator issue and also put the hot water on constantly as we ran out at first. They were helpful and welcoming. Hide

Lovely property in a beautiful area. Property well appointed, comfortable and expertly renovated to a high standard. Our hosts were charming and very helpful. We were two couples staying over the new year and we had a great time. Only downside are the single track roads leading to the property. Overall we had great time and found it so relaxing.

Really comfortable open space which fitted our needs perfectly. All on a single level except a couple of steps for the second bedroom. Although a few potholes, the best way is to go south down the narrow lane before coming out on a proper road. Welcome pack was put to good use, as was the apple orchard!

Loved the cottage, everything we needed and very comfortable and cosy. Comfy beds, slept really well, lovely shower. Loved the location - very isolated with narrow lanes leading to it but didn't bother us at all! Would love to return in better weather!

We had a fantastic week in the cottage. Whilst the location feels quite remote, once you get your bearings, its easy to find your way around the area. The cottage was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.
