A short walk to the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho! known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park and the picturesque Torridge Estuary. The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is roaming the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites. The charming fishing village of Appledore is close by, with a tidal passenger ferry to Instow.

The reverse-level accommodation offers three stylish bedrooms, all on the ground floor, one king-size with en-suite shower and WC, one twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) and one double. You will also find the main bathroom here with a bath, handheld shower and WC. The first floor welcomes you into the stylish lounge area which has sea views and a Smart TV and Blu Ray DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen area features an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a welcome pack of essentials on arrival . Eating in is a pleasure in the dining area, with sliding doors open to enjoy the sound of the sea in the background. A small utility room is on offer with washer/dryer and freezer. There is also a separate WC. Doors from both the lounge and dining area lead to the balcony, with stunning sea views. Venture outside the property into the shared courtyard that overlooks the sea. There is allocated parking for one car located in a private garage under the property and next to the stairs and lift that lead to the first floor, where the apartment is situated.

What a wonderful apartment large airey spaces, fantastic views with a large sun lounge area to sit and dine, well equipped kitchen, good security, handy for all amenities Only down side was 3 sets of stairs to lounge area, as my wife has mobility issues. On the whole a great place to chill and relax

Apartment and location are fine but maintenance and cleanliness let this accommodation down and could be easily fixed.

The view from the balcony was fantastic looking out across the waves to the Westward Ho! Bay. The apartment was clean and well presented. The kitchen equipment was adequate for your needs. Would highly recommend this apartment, everything was thought about. Even had buckets and spades for the children. Very spacious and comfortable, whether you want to just chill or go sightseeing, lovely to come back to. Secure underground parking is excellent. Very spacious parking Bay. We would book this again

We've stayed in a few of the apartments at Nassau Court and they have been of a very high standard, everything you need and stunning views, quiet and thoroughly enjoyable everything you need as a base for a great relaxing break.
