As you enter this remarkable penthouse apartment, rising up one flight of stairs, you enter the hallway. To the end of the hallway is the spectacular open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which boasts floor to ceiling windows providing breath-taking views of the South Devon Coast from the lounge area through to the kitchen area.
