Choose from the long sandy beaches of North Devon or head to the traditional seaside towns on the south coast. If you’re after shops, leading restaurants and theatres head for the lively, historic city of Exeter. If you prefer peace, quiet and countryside strolls, you can choose from either the national parks of Dartmoor or Exmoor.
Enter the delightful mid-terrace property and you’ll be welcomed with a spacious lounge with double doors that open out on to a patio where you can soak up the beautiful views. The lounge is equipped with a Smart TV and hi-fi. The kitchen/dining room offers a light and airy space to enjoy leisurely meals. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A tumble dryer can be found in the separate, shared utility room. On the ground floor is a twin bedroom which has access from the hallway and also via doors from the lounge area. Also on the ground floor is a contemporary shower room with walk in shower and WC. Heading upstairs is a further twin room, as well as a double room with an en-suite bathroom which has a shower over bath and WC.
Stepping outside you can enjoy the patio area on sunny days and admire the far reaching countryside views while enjoying a morning cuppa. Guests also have access to a whole range of facilities to keep the family busy, including free use of the shared heated indoor swimming pool (subject to availability). The onsite sports hall offers badminton, tennis, netball and football (no charges apply). Other shared onsite facilities include snooker and pool tables, table tennis, a skittle alley, squash courts and a five-a-side all-weather pitch. Children can enjoy playing in the large outdoor adventure playground with zip slides, or in the indoor soft play area with ball ponds, climbing areas, slides and its own coffee shop. Carp fishing is also available nearby.
