Chy Lymner is the ideal holiday base for families, offering two sitting rooms, one of them on the first floor taking advantage of panoramic countryside and sea views of Trevone with Trevose Head acting as a back drop. The good sized enclosed garden offers the space for privacy for lazing in the sun during the day or an evening barbecue after a busy day on nearby Trevone beach. Trevone boasts a cafe and beach shop (seasonal), a farm shop and local pub. Trevone Bay, just 10 minutes' walk away, is well-loved for surfing and sandy beach activities with rock pooling and a natural swimming pool on the adjacent rocky beach.  Walkers will appreciate the coastal footpath, from where bird and sea life can be observed with ease and which is only a 5 minute walk from the house.

GARDEN & PARKING: Good sized enclosed garden to the rear mainly laid to lawn bordered with shrubs, crazy paved patio, garden furniture, barbecue. To the front sloping lawn bordered with mature shrubs. Parking for 2 cars in driveway.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 medium; £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas c.h./ hot water, heated towel rail in bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided; (towels not provided).
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired.
Shop: 100 yds (limited hours) or 2 mls. Pub: 0.1ml

Lovely comfortable holiday home with wonderful sea views from the upstairs living room and a short walk to Trevone beach. Single rooms worked well for us.
