Very nice and spacious house ! House was in a good state, clean and warm. The working fireplace is a nice bonus and we found everything we needed. Located right at the end of the vilage , but with neighbours close enogh. The BBQ hut was also a nice feature.

The Pines is a perfect house for large family gatherings. We all enjoyed our Christmas holiday together with ages from 17months to 70 with plenty of space for us all. It was very warm and comfortable and spotlessly clean.

We take cottage holidays 2 or 3 times a year, and I can honestly say that The Pines is the most comfortable, clean and well equipped cottage we have ever stayed in. It is part of the joy to find so many doors on so many "floors", although youth find invisible boundaries a problem. Otherwise , absolutely fabulous .

A nice large property for a family get together holiday. There is a pub within walking distance that serves good and we were able to reserve a table for nine adults and three children. You will need a car or some other form of transportation to travel anywhere else. In Bideford we were able to hire bicycles for the day at a reasonable cost.
