If you fancy an afternoon at the beach, sandy Westward Ho! is just a 25 minute drive away and both Dartmoor and Exmoor are within easy reach. Just down the road in Torrington, attractions include RHS Rosemoor Gardens, the excellent Plough Arts Centre for interesting movies, 1646 Visitor Attraction and Dartington Crystal. For those who fancy venturing a little further, pretty Clovelly is a seaside town with steep cobbled streets that lead down to a harbour and the sea. For water sports and fishing, Tamar Lakes and Kilkhampton are a short drive away.
This spacious cottage offers one king-size bedroom, with sloping ceilings and plenty of space for a travel cot. The property offers one bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The lounge/diner has exposed stonework, a woodburner with first basket of logs included TV/DVD, and a hi-fi. The well equipped kitchen has everything you could need to rustle up some tasty food and has a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, washer/dryer and microwave. There is also an inner hallway, which is perfect for muddy walking boots, wellies or a dog basket.
