This getaway sits close to The Ness, a headland with wonderful views over the estuary and sea. Discover coastal walks and a historic smuggler’s tunnel leading to a hidden beach. From the village, a convenient pedestrian ferry runs throughout the day and into the early evening, offering easy access across the water to the lively Regency seaside town and port of Teignmouth, home to a mainline railway station.

The cottage is very small enough for 2 adults but not 4 ..very sml paved garden not big enough for large dog entrance is very close to busy road and car space just big enough for our KIA very steep first staircase second staircase to double room at top floor very narrow and steep the only room with wardrobe but shaldon itself was a lovely placeRead more and weather was stunning Hide
