Follow sections of the Trans Pennine Trail (6 miles), visit the dramatic Middle Black Clough Waterfall (8.5 miles), or venture to the famous B29 Crash Site (17 miles). The lively market town of Huddersfield (7 miles) is also within easy reach for attractions, dining and shopping.

The main house has a sophisticated and beautifully finished interior with plush sofas, a Smart TV and a wood burner-effect gas fire creating a warm hub. The high-end kitchen is centred around an island, making it easy to cook, chat and dine together. Upstairs you’ll find a king-size bedroom and a double bedroom, each with their own Smart TV, alongside a family bathroom with a walk-in waterfall shower. The second property, a lovingly renovated basement apartment, has an open-plan living area comprising lounge, kitchen and diner with a lavish décor, a well-equipped kitchenette and a cosy seating area warmed by a wood burner.
