Gorgeous, well appointed property. Can't understand the one star review. Yes, it is little dated, but the location and price are excellent. It has everything you need. Highly recommend.

Had to buy air fresheners to cover the stale smell everywhere. Cobwebs in every room. The shower door was absolutely disgusting. They had cut a tree down in the back garden and just left all the branches. Both back and front gardens were awful, dirty and full of weeds. It was advertised to bring your own towels but I at least expected hand towels tRead moreo be provided - which were not. To arrive to a carton of milk and a packet of biscuits was an insult, they shouldnt have bothered. I have nothing good to say about the property. You obviously do not inspect your properties or you certainly would not have advertised this one. I am asking for a partial refund. Response from holidaycottages.co.uk: Thank you for your review. Well investigate this right away to make sure everythings in place for the next guest Hide

A quiet location around a half hour walk from Southwold. Cottage is a little dated but adequate and comfortable. Definitely 3 rather than 4 star.

It's a lovely if a bit dated, the one sofa is nice and comfy but the blue sofa bed one is quite uncomfortable to sit on. The garden is delightful and enclosed great for our dog, but we love to eat outside when nice and you would struggle on the small table for 5 of us. Neighbours were a bit noisy at times with rather loud music when we wanted to siRead moret outside. Reydon a short car trip to Southwold where there are lovely shops, food places and beautiful beach. The pier is fun too. Hide
