This stylish apartment is the perfect destination for a small family or a group of friends to enjoy coastal and countryside activities from the doorstep. The property nestles in the heart of Barmouth, a beach town set on the fringes of Snowdonia National Park. The sandy beach is less than 150 metres away, with shops, eateries, and a museum nearby. Visit the harbour, which is close to the historic wooden railway bridge that crosses the Mawddach Estuary, leading to the equally charming town of Fairbourne. The Wales Coast Path and the Mawddach Trail provide opportunities for long walks or enjoyable bike rides. If you prefer to take in the views from the comfort of a seat, hop on a train along the Cambrian Coast Line to fully appreciate this beautiful area. And, when it’s time to explore Snowdonia, the vast Coed y Brenin Forest Park (10 miles) provides plenty of excitement.
From the front door, head up the set of stairs to the first floor, where the decadent bathroom and bedrooms are located. A set of steep stairs then leads to the second floor, where the main living area and kitchen can be found. Bright, clean, and contemporary, this ultra-modern holiday apartment is incredibly appealing throughout. There is plenty of space to relax and unwind in the open-plan living area on the second floor with ample comfortable seating and feature windows with stunning views over the town and out to sea. Relax on the sofas, enjoy a film, and switch on the living flame gas fire to keep you cosy while enjoying the view. The well-equipped kitchen is a sociable space and caters to all your culinary needs. When ready, gather at the dining table to enjoy the food. As late evening comes, head down to the first floor where you’ll find two bedrooms: the spacious king-size and a welcoming twin. Both are attractively furnished, offering a great night's sleep. Start the day in the stylish bathroom with a leisurely soak in the bath with a rainfall shower above.

There is no outside space, but the beach is close by. A parking permit is provided for one car.

What a delightful place this is, unsure why it hasn't been reviewed as yet. The space is so bright and open with so much natural light flooding in, lots of lovely little details and well thought out pieces/good quality throughout. It also has to be one of the cleanest places I've stayed in, everything is immaculate. View from the kitchen table downRead more on the hustle below and out to sea with a coffee is lovely, as is the open plan kitchen / lounge. Bedroom is a lovely big size and again, bathed in natural light. The location is excellent, smack bang in amongst everything but surprisingly peaceful too...Barmouth is a stunning little town with it's grand beaches, estuary and mountainous back drop, and this place is a great bolt hole to explore from.
