Bella's Place is a sumptuous, timber-clad, one bedroom apartment with a stand alone lounge and kitchen/diner, overlooking lush scenery of the valley from the glazed gable end. The property sits in over 5 acres including 2 meadows and a small woodland.

Just three miles from the maritime port of Falmouth, Bella's Place is superbly placed to enjoy both the north and south coasts and the cathedral city of Truro, and is just a ten minute walk along country lanes to the village of Ponsanooth which has a Post Office, public house and village shop and just round the corner from the Norway Inn which has an extensive restaurant menu. Mylor with its harbour and the well-known, thatched waterside pub, The Pandora, are only five miles away. Walkers will be delighted with the myriad of trails surrounding the property - nearby Kennel Vale Nature Reserve, owned by Cornwall Wildlife Trust, is a picturesque woodland with rich undergrowth and open glades.

Bella's Place itself has an external spiral staircase with 16 steps leading up to a glazed gable ended lounge and large glass doors overlooking the countryside, which add to the charm of this already cute bijou home.

This property neighbours the owner's home and you may find that his friendly, small dog Bella roams freely at times and is quite likely to stop by to greet you and even invite herself in for a cuddle.

Bedroom: Double bed (4'6"), bedside units, built-in wardrobe 
Shower room: Shower with electric shower, heated towel rail, w.c. and basin.

GARDEN & PARKING: Ample private parking in an enclosed area. Garden with decking, BBQ, Bistro table and chairs, storage box containing sun-loungers and BBQ utensils.  Starter pack of charcoal and firelighters provided. Use of a large lawn and field

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1; £25 per pet per week. Information about bringing your pet.
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent, gas central heating
Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Bella's Place. We would have no hesitation in saying it's a must for any couple that want a relaxing, quite retreat with a magnificent view.

A really lovely little place in a great location to explore Cornwall. If you are a couple or single traveller I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this property. It has everything we needed and the owner was very welcoming and friendly.

A great place for a solo retreat. Lovely views and I really enjoyed watching the wildlife. Idyllic location but still well situated to visit some of my favourite places in Cornwall. I hope to come and stay again.

A beautiful little hideaway, easy access to local walks and it was so convenient having access to the shared field out front for morning/evening dog walks! Well appointed, a cute little air fryer which was wonderful!

Very good cosy cottage/apartment with beautiful views with everything you need for a comfortable stay. No more than an hour from all the major attractions in Cornwall traffic permitting ! Very friendly owner with lots of recommendations for places to visit and eat, look out for Trebah Gardens, Trelissick and St Mawes via the King Harry's Ferry.

Beautiful accommodation, great location between Truro and Falmouth. Friendly owners. Great for dogs too. The apartment was spacious and clean and we would defiintely return and recommend to others.

Lovely week at Bella's Place. very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was small, but warm, cosy and comfortable with amazing views and our spaniel absolutely loved it.

Bellas Place was small but perfectly formed and spotlessly clean. A great base to explore both North and South Cornwall, with a friendly and helpful host.
