Anyone looking to reconnect with the great outdoors, seeking peace and a closer connection with nature will find something rather special here. This picturesque barn conversion tucked away at the end of a quiet, leafy lane with no through traffic; the breath taking Dorset coast awaits right from the doorstep. This enchanting spot is a haven for nature lovers, with the owners of the surrounding farm having reintroduced many indigenous wildflowers and grasses back into this part of the Dorset coastline.  Lace up your hiking boots to explore the surrounding 70-acre organic wildflower meadow on the designated footpath. More than 25 years ago the owners began restoring the land by re-introducing native grassed and wildflowers , creating a rich patchwork of meadows and orchards, wide hedgerows and dry stone walls that have slowly matured into a haven for wildlife. Of course keen hikers can join the South West Coast Path just steps from the doorstep. Established footpaths across the farm lead gently through the meadows towards The Fleet Lagoon. Anyone looking to answer the call of the coast can venture to the bustling seaside paradise of Weymouth, 6 miles away, which boasts a gloriously golden beach lined with deckchairs and an idyllic harbour. Enjoying breath taking views towards the Isle of Portland and across Weymouth Bay, the historic Nothe Fort can be reached within 7 miles.

Boasting a pitched ceiling with exposed timbers and a skylight that floods the space with natural sunlight, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is beautifully reminiscent of days past. This light and airy space is brimming with natural wood hues that perfectly blend into the earthy colours of your surrounding scenery. Homely touches and all your contemporary creature comforts invite you to relax, cook and dine with loved ones long into the evening. Enjoying wonderfully green views, the idyllic double bedroom shares the same rustic tone and peaceful ambience as the rest of this beautiful bolthole. The delightful bunk bedroom also boasts stunning views to wake up to, with the contemporary bathroom providing everything you need to kick start your next adventure feeling refreshed.

Soak up your stunning scenery with your morning coffee or a glass of something chilled on the terrace. A large grassy area beside the orchard is perfect for children and families to play outdoor games. Shaped by small fields, wide hedgerows, dry stone walls and orchards, the surrounding farm with a 70-acre wildflower meadow offers a myriad of walking trails to explore. There is parking for two cars available in a shared car park with the other property on-site.
