An utterly beautiful and peaceful stay at Stargazing Lodge. Perfect size for the 3 of us, it would also be plenty big enough for 4. Although we didn't bring our dog, the garden is secure for them, even the smaller breeds. We quite literally lost hours in the hottub just enjoying doing nothing. Lovely views of the horses and sneaking a peek at the nRead moreeighbouring fishing pool. Could hear sheep and chickens too!! If you're after a peaceful relaxing stay then this is the perfect place! We had a lovely stay with our kids and dog as a base for exploring the Elan Valley. The lodge was very well equipped with toiletries and kitchen utensils to make meals far more than we would have expected. Great spot for exploring the trails of the Valley and surrounding towns and the lovely coating of snow was a bonus!

Cottage was very well located and generally had everything you need for a self catering stay. Couple of things could do with being replaced but all cosmetic - all in all a lovely stay in lovely Wales.
