Its eco credentials include electricity powered by solar panels, and heating from a heat source pump. Step inside the entrance hall where you can take a seat to remove your muddy boots, and use the WC in the utility room, which also houses a washer/dryer and a microwave. From here you can access the spacious kitchen/diner, the kitchen being well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, and the dining area comprising a table and chairs for four. The lounge is accessed from the kitchen, a generously sized space where you can relax with friends, with a wood burner for chilly evenings, and a smart TV if you chose to watch a good film.
