Other splendid beaches can be found in the idyllic town of St Ives, 5.5 miles away. You can reach this town by car, on foot or even by rail, taking the scenic St Ives Bay Line from St Erth (2 miles) – a coastal railway journey that’s an attraction in itself. Once in St Ives, discover highlights including Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden.
