Given we paid over 225 a night we expected something special. Well what can I say. On arrival the first thing we noticed was that the place was swarming in flies. Lots of dog hair from previous guests. Cobwebs everywhere. It may be easier to list the issues. Brown grouting in the en-suite upstairs Spa baths that had notices on them that they diRead moredn't work Uncomfortable garden furniture with no cushions Barbed wire around the bottom of the garden with smashed glass Non secure dog friendly garden. Open to next door via smashed wall and broken gate. Very little lawn to speak of with dumped clippings Worn interior decoration throughout Filthy upstairs windows and frames No window coverings to the downstairs front of the house at all- no privacy Zero welcome pack (pack in the property stated we would have one on arrival) Property info stated bin day Wednesday when in fact it's Friday Dirty carpets and a living room rug with burn marks from the wood fire Only one bin bag - no replacements One dishwasher tablet only No laundry soaps Only one key which means your party cannot go out individually As far as I could see no fire extinguisher or blanket in the property A TV that was tiny for the size of the room. The bed was comfortable though. For the price and seeing reviews from elsewhere, it's clear that certain matters have being brought up and none of the things have been addressed. In fact a review a couple of months ago mentions the place needing a bit of TLC. Well that is an understatement! Hide

Millerbank is situated in a beautiful setting, however, it really needs tlc and it is dog friendly but it is definitely not enclosed with no fencing in parts of garden .
