Furnished throughout with Scandinavian style furniture the apartment is within walking distance to Bournemouth beach, Pier and town centre. This stylish apartment offers a unique combination of tranquility and fun. Nestling between the beautiful Lower Gardens, a friendly town centre and seven miles of clean golden sands. Bournemouth boasts everything from a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, pubs, individual boutique shops, a convention centre, supermarket, a cinema, and general high street amenities all within walking distance of your door. Bournemouth is one of the largest seaside resorts on Britain’s south coast boasting chalk cliffs, natural beauty spots, a splendid Jurassic coast and the delights of the New Forest, only a short drive away.

Upon entering the apartment, which is level access from the main entrance of the apartment building, you are struck by its cosy, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Through into the hall, it provides plenty of hanging space for coats and shoes. The heart of the property is the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with a balcony overlooking Bournemouth city centre. The lounge area provides a large sofa, two armchairs and Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped to deal with all your gastronomic desires, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and espresso coffee machine, the dining table seats six. The property offers two bedrooms, a king-size with a balcony and en-suite shower and WC, and the second bedroom is a twin (which can be made into a super-king-size on request at time of booking). Excellent location. Ideal for beach, pier main center and buses. Very well equipped with high quality items, tastefully chosen. Cleaner was amazing and very helpful. We had a brilliant time and we are highly recommending this apartment.

This is a beautifully furnished flat and very well equipped. It's also very warm and cosy. This is the fourth time we've stayed in this block as it's so well located for the beach and city centre. The underground parking is great too. These flats are large and well laid out with a lift so good for if you use a wheelchair too.

Very well kept and spotlessly clean apartment. 10 min walk to the pier and Central gardens Tea, coffee and various cooking ingredients supplied which was very helpful when you first arrive. Shop for groceries nearby and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Including Brasserie Blanc at The Marriott Hotel a 5 min walk away.

Great location, close to beach and town centre. Enjoyed our break but shame we didnt get a bottle of wine like other visitors had written about. But thats just being picky.

The apartment provided a wonderful base for our holiday. The parking is very secure and easy to access. The lift to the flat is convenient and all were spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms roomy and comfortable. It is such a short walk to the beech and also the restaurants in town. A nice apartment in a brilliant location for exploring Bournemouth. Lovely open plan - perfect if you have young children, and brilliant en-suite and main bathroom. Parking is easy in the designated space and all very secure. Perfect for our holiday. We just wish the bed had had a less firm mattress.

The location of the apartment is very convenient for access to the beach attractions and also for bars, restaurants, shopping and other entertainment. The accommodation has everything you could possibly need on holiday and is pleasantly decorated. It ls quite immaculately kept.
