This is the third time that we have stayed at the cottage. Each time we have had a wonderful visit, feeling rejuvenated and refreshed afterwards, due to the spaciousness of the cottage, beautiful setting and amazing number of birds that live in the surrounding trees and hedges. As soon as we drove away from the cottage after a week's stay, my husbaRead morend said that he was ready to come back, so we have booked again for the following year. Absolutely beautiful cottage, finished and decorated to an extremely high standard including very comfortable beds. Truly stunning rural location and the convenience of a well stocked shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff next door.

We have just had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage. Waking up in the morning to birds chattering, watching groups of sparrows sitting on top of the hedges and enjoying gorgeous views of the surrounding hills was our idea of a perfect holiday. Beautiful cottage, tranquil and idyllic. Farndale really is a wonderful place to relax and u wind. We looked forward to our daily visits to The Farndale Store enjoyed produce including sausages, frozen meals, ice cream, pasties and coffees etc. including local alcoholic beverages.
