Luxurious four star property located in the heart of the historic fishing town of Whitby. This modern three-bedroom property is ideal for couples or families looking for a special seaside getaway. The spacious property which sleeps six people benefits from a balcony which is ideal for alfresco dining. Can be booked with an adjoining property W089 Kittiwake for parties of up to 14 guests. A parking permit is available. Pet friendly.

Family Bathroom: Bath, shower over bath, toilet and washbasin.

SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 2: Double bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe. Views across to Whitby Abbey.
Shower Room: Shower cubicle, wash basin.
Cloak Room: Toilet, washbasin.
Master Bedroom: King size bed, tallboy style wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror.

Pets: One dog welcome.
Parking: Parking permit for West Cliff car park is provided. Scratch cards available on request.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Garden: Private balcony with table and chairs.
Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.
Notes: Towels provided. Travel cot and high chair available upon request. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge. No smoking at this property. Mobile phone signal is variable / strong. Please note the TV in bedroom 3 has now been removed.

A lovely clean, warm and well appointed property. Close to amenities. This is our 2nd stay and would highly recommend it.

This was a lovely clean property ideally situated just out of town. The furnishings were very plush and all beds were comfortable the kitchen was very well equipped. We have stayed in various places in Whitby and this has to be up there with one of the best

Lovely place. Close to everything. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Place was spotless. Plenty of space for everyone. Lovely view of the abbey from double room. Extra shower room and toilet great addition. Hill not great for less able bodied but that's to be expected in Whitby. Will definitely book again.

Property hard to find but once found very well situated. Bit over priced personally we were very disappointed with this property.

Very tidy cottage with a small balcony area. Had a completely issue free stay. Really well located for families as close to pannet park and the paddling pool. Silver street fisheries is just around the corner and provides excellent fish and chips

Cottage was very clean,looked very nice great location,only prob was the noise from the seagulls,man in hose at the rear was feeding them 2 or 3 times a day ..otherwise a great weeks holiday..Terry and Colette..
