Nestled in the village of Holmbridge, just a stone’s throw from a convenience store and traditional country pub, this stylish apartment provides the ideal base for a couple. Surrounded by the rolling hills of the Pennines, set in the heart of the beautiful Holme Valley, the area is a paradise for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. There is a multitude of walks and cycle trails from the village and the stunning Peak District National Park is within easy reach. The bustling village of Holmfirth is just 1 mile away. Here you can browse a wealth of quirky shops and eateries or enjoy your favourite tipple in one of the many independent pubs and microbreweries.

Step through a private door into an entrance hall, perfect for wiping muddy paws after a day of exploring. Eight steps lead up to the spacious first-floor apartment, lovingly decorated to provide a bright yet cosy and homely aesthetic, and into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The room is welcoming and spacious, with a comfortable living space featuring a sofa and Smart TV. There is also a dining area with seating for two - the perfect spot for a romantic meal cooked in the kitchen. Here you will find an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Along the hallway is a beautifully decorated bedroom with a king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as 2’6” twins on request). Completing the apartment is a stylish bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Heading outside, to the left of the property you will find a private parking space for one car. In the corner is a quaint bistro table with lovely views over the rolling hills that surround the property.

We had a lovely week at Joiners Place. The flat is very clean and well equipped. Bonus of having our own parking space. Local pubs were friendly and Pickled Pheasant did a great roast. Easy walk to Holmfirth. Holmfirth Vineyard is close by. Highly recommend Joiners Place we will be back

The property was very spacious and clean. The location was excellent as it was an easy walk into Holmfirth. Having a dedicated parking space was a real bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful property with lots of lovely walks in the country on the doorstep and holmfirth a few mins away with lots of fab bars and restaurants .

Adequate accommodation- quite spacious , with all basic facilities in place. Minimal outdoor facilities but well situated if you enjoy exploring the immediate environment.

Enjoyed a weeks stay and had a nice mix of walks and relaxation - the cottage was well equipped and nicely set out. Bed was very comfortable and the quality of everything in the cottage was vey good. We had a few walks around the local reservoirs which Joy our sprocker really enjoyed. We found Joiners Place to be a perfect location for exploring the Peak District and Holmfirth, the accomodations was very clean and comfortable and especially liked having a dedicated parking space very close. The nearby pubs , Stumble Inn and Pickled Pheasant were a real bonus

Joiners place was a really comfortable home from home. Well situated for walks without any real need to take the car. Going out to eat was also easy with the Pickled Pheasant 10 mins walk down the road, and Holmfirth just 25 mins walk away, lots of dog friendly places as well. Lovely, clean, spacious flat, bonus having allocated parking. Good location and in easy walking distance to Holmfirth, about 20 minutes walk along main road and other lovely walks. Local pubs - The Stumble Inn, The Pickled Pheasant and The Farmers Arms, all friendly and welcoming. Would recommend and wouldnt hesitate in booking again.

A convenient, clean, well appointed rental. Communication and help from the owners was exemplary and highly appreciated. The location is ideal to either explore local cities, or the wonderful natural scenery. Thank you for a great stay.
