Many nice features. Beds are comfortable, no shortage of hot water, the garden is loverly. Not so nice is it is not clean. Black mildew round front door. Dirt and cobwebs in corners and behind curtains. Back corners of cupboards with insect droppings and dirt. Unacceptable was 3 inches of brown toilet water in the toilet cleaner brush holders tRead morehat dripped off the brushes as it sat used. Disgusting.. I didnt get the feeling that the hosts cared if our experience is a great experience but that we were just income for them. My advice. Put yourself in the renters shoes and go the extra mile, furthermore you need new cleaning crews and someone should check behind them. I will not recommend or return to the house. Hide

The house is a good base for exploring the area. Ilkley is good place for shopping and eating.

A lovely position on the outskirts of town, great value for money, beds were super comfy and a good night's sleep had by all. We were three motorcyclist staying for two nights to tour round the Yorkshire Dales, location was simply ideal, drive with the car port was ideal for bike parking over night. We had a lovely weekend in Ilkley. The views from the house are very pretty and there is a lot for a family to do.

House could have done with a deep clean but was a good size for 7 people and in a great location.
