Situated in the heart of the New Forest, this stylish annexe with direct forest access is ideally located to explore the New Forest; whether it’s by foot, on a bike or in the car. Brockenhurst village centre is within walking distance and offers a wonderful choice of bars, restaurants, and shops to enjoy. This is the ideal place for a couples retreat or a family getaway, to include your four-legged friends. Head a little further afield and you will find some great beaches at Bournemouth Avon beach at Mudeford, or why not take the ferry over for a day trip to the Isle of Wight, from nearby Lymington.

Enter this stylish annexe into the open-plan lounge/diner and snuggle in front of the TV whilst enjoying the warmth of the gas fired wood burner. Gather around the dining table and enjoy a meal whipped up in the well-equipped kitchen, which comes complete with electric combination oven/microwave and induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The bedroom, which can be divided from the lounge with a stylish partition, benefits a zip-and-link super-king-size bed (which can be made up as a twin on request). Head up to the mezzanine area, accessible via the ladder style stairs with stair gate fitted at the bottom, where twin beds can be found(suitable for children), with a glass wall overlooking downstairs. The annexe benefits a utility area with washer/dryer and storage, with the shower room and WC completing the space.

Step out through the patio doors from the lounge and enjoy breath-taking views over the New Forest. Sit and relax around the outdoor table and enjoy some al fresco dining. There is allocated parking for one car at the front of the annexe, with an electric car charging point. This is a shared drive with the owners who live on site.

For us, as an older couple, Little Bourne was the perfect place to stay. Light and airy, warm, comfortable and a perfect location for walking on the Heath and in the forests. Jerry and Claire were both discreet and helpful hosts. We seldom want to return somewhere but this time we do

Beautiful, comfortable well appointed property in a wonderful location.Fabulous views of the forest and the ponies yet only 15 minutes walk into Brockenhurst.

We have just had an absolutely fantastic week at Little Bourne and thoroughly enjoyed the view looking out at the ponies. The property is very well equipped and a brilliant location for exploring the area. Would most definitely return.

Just returned from a 3 night stay here and would highly recommend. Fantastic modern facilities, comfy bed and a great location. Its lovely to look out over the fields at the horses and other wildlife.

Little Bourne was a fantastic property for two adults and our Labrador. It is very clean, well maintained and furnished to a high standard throughout. Location is excellent with access to forest walks directly in front of the property and numerous trails within a short walk / drive.
