Ideally located in the village of Lund with a pub within walking distance. For those who like to explore on foot, there are plenty of walking opportunities nearby including the North York Moors. If you’re looking for a day by the seaside head to the East Yorkshire coastline with sandy beaches to explore. Head into the market town of Beverley and find the popular racecourse, Beverley Minster and St Mary's church. For some retail therapy, head West to York, with plenty of shops and restaurants to try or take some time to visit York Minster, a Gothic cathedral with stained glass windows.

Enter the property into the dining room where you can enjoy a family meal together, from here head through to the lounge or the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, with electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. Relax in the lounge on the comfy seating that is positioned in front of the Smart TV and cosy wood burner, the perfect spot to relax after along day exploring the area. Patio doors also lead out from here to the enclosed garden. Head up the wooden stairs to the first floor where you will find the bedrooms, two comfortable king-size bedrooms. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Head outside to the enclosed garden with garden furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee. There is off-road parking for one car, and additional roadside parking in the village.

Excellent comfortable cottage! Ideally situated in a small village but close to Beverley. Beds comfy. Had a fantastic week.despite the unpredictable November weather. The owner was very welcoming and we would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely week at Harthill Cottage. Bonus of good weather. Lund is well positioned for visits to York and coast by Flamborough. Loved the large sunny garden for morning coffee.

Wonderfully relaxing cottage and village, great facilities and helpful owners who live close by (lots of advice on what to do, where to go, how to eat like kings and queens). Lots of great walks within 30 minute drive and a peaceful garden to chill out in with a G&T at the end of the day, perfect for our Cocker Spaniel who fell in love with all theRead more hunting of tennis ball opportunities. Beautiful, comfortable cottages (we booked Harthill and The Old Brickworks). Beds lovely and comfortable, all the appliances you'd need, and loved all the finishing touches too. Harthill Cottage is a lovely spacious light filled cottage. We had a fabulous week there exploring the area. The village of Lund is very picturesque and peaceful. An excellent cottage in a lovely quiet village. The rooms were cosy but also spacious & well designed. Very tasteful decor & the patio & garden was so peaceful & well appointed.
