Such a lovely place to stay! Feels very secure with the gated entrance and the accommodation literally has everything you could need. Not too far if you want to go into York and the drive itself is lovely. The hosts were very welcoming with great communication before and after our stay. Would love to return!

We have stayed at Harry's Cottage before. Lovely cottage, lovely owners and really good distance to York and Castle Howard. Highly recommend. We ate in quite a few nights using local supermarkets but also ate out at St Vincent's Arms (highly recommend) and The Drovers Arms (Sunday roast was good). What a lovely and comfortable place to stay. The horses came to visit, so we fed them apples. We'd go back there any time. The hosts were lovely too.
