The Little Barn is a gorgeous 200 year old brick and flint barn, converted in 2003 and retaining many original features including exposed beams. It is located in a peaceful rural setting near the owner's home. It is very tastefully furnished with style and care making an excellent holiday retreat. Shop/Pub: 2 miles

Sitting Room tastefully furnished with comfortable seating, flat screen Smart TV, DVD player, and woodburner
Kitchen/Dining Room with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, dining table and chairs

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed, USB port
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, USB port 
Shower Room with shower, washbasin and wc

Garden: Sitting-out area with picnic table and chairs. grassed area. Barbecue. 

Parking: For two cars on shared driveway with the owners.
Heating: O.F.C.H. A basket of logs for woodburner is provided.
Also Provided: Towels. WiFi. Books, DVD'S, games. Highchair, stairgate and cot available on request. 
Notes: This is a non-smoking property.

Field Dalling is well placed for exploring the splendid coastline and the pretty country villages that abound in this beautiful part of Norfolk. There is excellent walking and cycling along quiet lanes with many footpaths to explore. The sea is only three miles away and there are miles of diverse coastline to explore. The town of Holt is four miles away and offers good quality shopping, pubs and restaurants. There are village shops and pubs, which serve good food, within two miles.

Excellent location for our birdwatching in Norfolk. Very clean; good facilities; private parking; quiet location in the countryside; warm, comfortable self-cat. Stayed there seven times which says it all.

A pretty, well equipped cottage in a good location plus a generous welcome pack. A slight delay encountered before occupation but owners made us welcome on arrival after good communication beforehand. The dining facility in the kitchen may feel cramped for 4 adults. Also the shower room is on the small side. As there was only two of us a sofa each Read morewas bliss in the evenings. We had a lovely week and look forward to booking this cottage again. Hide

This is an amazing cottage. The owners are so helpful and friendly. The location is just perfect near so many places to go to. But beautiful and relaxing after a day out. It really is a gem. I can not recommend it enough.

Great location for easy access to Wells, Cromer and Sherringham on the coast and Holt inland. Had a lovely stay with the family the kids loved it.
