The apartment is set only a few yards from the village of Mevagissey and its picturesque harbour. Wander the village’s narrow streets, visit the many cafes, restaurants and shops, or go crabbing off the famous harbour. For attractions, the apartment is only 14 miles from the world-famous Eden Project and 2 miles from the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Caerhays Castle, gardens and beach are 3.5 miles away, whilst Pentewan village is 6 miles away and offers a large sandy beach and cycle hire to explore the scenic cycle routes of the Pentewan Valley. Truro (17 miles) offers something for everyone, with multi-screen cinemas, the Hall for Cornwall and Cathedral. Charlestown (6 miles) is often used as a film set and is home to traditional tall ships and a Shipwreck Museum, as well as offering a vibrant outdoor pop-up food and drink experience within its small harbour.

Enter the apartment directly into the lounge where you will find a light and bright area with comfortable seating and SkyTV, the perfect place to watch all your favourite programmes. Moving through to the kitchen/diner, enjoy a meal or two around the table or make up a packed lunch for the day ahead. The stunning kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Along a small corridor is the bathroom consisting of a wonderful luxurious Jacuzzi bath which is placed in front of the window to allow you to relax and bubble away whilst looking out at the sea view, as well as a separate shower and WC. Next door is the first of two bedrooms, a light and bright king-size with sea views over the rear of the property. Further down the hallway is a second lounge with a sofa bed, SkyTV and a desk allowing you to work from home if required, whilst also being perfect for the children to watch a film. Next door is the second bedroom with twin zip-and-link beds (which can be made up as a super-king-size upon request), with an en-suite shower room and WC. This room also houses the utility cupboard, complete with condensing tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and airier.

Outside is an enclosed, private decked area with glass balustrades and sea views, the perfect sun trap to dine alfresco and enjoy a cool drink. There is a handy storage shed which can house all your beach equipment. And there is private off-road parking for one car.

The property and location are great with views over the village to the harbour and greenery all around. Wonderful. Access to the property is challenging for those with limited mobility with big steps; and the entrance to the lane can be confronting for those with a large car! Safe Harbour was a lovely appartment in a absolutely amazing location. Access is a little tight in a large car, we parked ours in the Willows car park for most of the week, less than 10 min walk. 5 min walk from appartment to centre of Mevagissey which was lovely, with brilliant pubs especially Sharks fin, Fountain and Ship inn. We really enjoyed our stay at safe harbour. The flat was really well equipped, clean, comfortable and in a lovely location. The only thing we could possibly say as a negative, it isn't very disabled friendly, steps are quite steep as is the hill up to the flat, my mum did struggle alittle.
