Trebarwith Strand’s pet-friendly beach is nearby with a long stretch of golden sand backed by flat rocks. The South West Coast Path is accessed from here, offering wonderful walks with views of the north coast. Close by is the medieval village of Tintagel where you can visit Tintagel Castle, one of the most spectacular historic sites in Britain, and you can walk over the stunning 60-metre bridge set between two cliffs. Visit the picture-postcard fishing village of Boscastle nearby. Other attractions and places of interest include stunning Bodmin Moor and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Slightly further afield, are the coastal villages of Port Isaac, where TV’s Doc Martin is filmed, Padstow and Rock – all well worth a visit and a haven for foodies too.

 Step inside this pretty property and you will immediately find yourself in the light and welcoming open-plan kitchen/diner. Here is the perfect venue for relaxed family meals plus a door leading to the garden means that you can dine alfresco with ease. The kitchen itself provides a great range of appliances including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. From here, head further inside and into the cosy lounge area where you will find comfortable leather sofas arranged around a TV, DVD and warming wood burner. There is also an iPod dock should you wish to enjoy your favourite playlist whilst reading. Venturing up the stairs and onto the first floor, you will then discover the beautiful bedrooms, both lovingly furnished in a gorgeous contemporary country style. The first is a double bedroom with a TV and French doors to a pretty Juliet balcony, and the second a twin bedroom with zip-and-link beds (which can be made up as a super-king upon request), and a TV. Completing the offering is a fresh and contemporary shower room with shower and WC.

Head back outside and to the rear of the cottage, you will find the fabulous outside space which comprises a delightful, enclosed garden with a lawn, patio area, BBQ, hot tub and garden furniture. Private off-road parking for two cars is also provided.

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is lovely and clean and it all looks brand new. The owners are lovely, really helpful and leave you some cake for when you arrive. A lovely touch.

The cottage was lovely. The furnishings were lovely. It felt like coming home at the end of a day out. The hot tub was lovely, although I only used it once. The garden was safe and secure for my German Shepherd so I didn't have to worry about opening the door. I would recommend this cottage.

An amazing cottage. A real home from home. Very well equipped- with those little extras that make the stay perfect Very clean and comfortable- we all had amazing sleeps. Easy to reach nearby sights and local shops close by to drive to. Even has a brewery in walking distance!

Great cottage - very central for Port Isaac, Boscastle and Tintagel only 10-20 min drive away. Cottage was exceptionally clean with everything we needed Very quiet surroundings and very peaceful. Children loved the hot tub it was simply perfect Highly recommended 5 stars

We had a lovely stay at Bluebell Cottage, the owners Liz and John are friendly and helpful and recommended places to visit. We went to the Mill Brewery just up the road where we had amazing steak. The cottage is spotless and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The cottage is set in a very quiet location which we loved. Really enjoyed our stay good quality furniture and linens, soft towels. Hot tub and cottage very clean.Staff at Brewery very friendly ( be warned huge food portions!)Lots of great places to visit nearby particularly enjoyed St Nectans Glen and Waterfall and hiking the Camel Trail- some great beaches all within 30 minutes. Lovely cottage, very comfortable in a quiet location but very accessible for visiting the North Cornwall coast. The garden was a great space to relax with the added bonus of the hot tub and bbq. We would recommend a walk to the Tintagel brewery the Sunday carvery was very good and good value. We enjoyed our stay . Thank you

Lovely cottage situated in a great location (only a short drive away from lots of different places/attractions). Lovely fields for the dog to run around in and Tintagel Brewery a short walk-away. Liz is in incredibly friendly and easily contactable should you need anything.

Our third time in three years. Lovely Cottage. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. The hot tub is lovely and this year the weather was sunny so we could eat in the courtyard garden. Great location for exploring, and amazing coastline. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

A brilliant home from home cottage and we would stay again in a heartbeat. The kids absolutely loved it! Thank you to the owners daughter (sorry didn't grab your name after our chat outside the cottage) we visited bodmin moors and trevorne Bay and wow what amazing places. The cottage had everything you would need from towels, iron and even a hairdrRead moreyer. Bookcase with books and board games was brilliant for our rainy day in and a very thoughtful touch.
