The residential location of this property makes it a quiet and peaceful retreat for any holidaymaker, whilst being close enough to an abundance of amenities that much of it is in walking distance. St Austell is only a mile away from the apartment, and is packed with a selection of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities to keep you entertained. The historic Charlestown is within walking distance, and so is Carlyon Bay, whilst the renowned Eden Project is only a short trip away. Alternatively, travel south to the idyllic harbour at Mevagissey, or discover Bodmin Moor by going north.  

This second-floor apartment is accessed using an internal set of stairs from the rear of the property. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a long, airy room full of light, predominantly from the French doors at one end that lead out onto the balcony. The lounge area has a large comfortable sofa, chairs and TV/DVD, with a dining table for cosy meals in. The kitchen is a good size and has a lovely glossy finish. It features an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge and freezer, as well as other utensils and equipment you may need on your break. The property offers one bedroom, which has a double bed and sea views through the French doors opening out to the Juliet balcony, plus a lovely en-suite shower room with WC. Wi-fi included in the property.  You will also find a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Good location for exploring the coastal central regions of Cornwall. Very near to the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan which are worth visiting and many other places to visit within an hours drive. Apartment was comfortable with a nice bright open plan kitchen, dining and living space which had windows along the end with door to small bRead morealcony. The apartment was spotless and had everything you need. Good parking too. Nice touch having milk and a nice cream tea waiting for us. The only thing I would say is there are quite a few steps when carrying things up the stairs. Not a problem for us but just be aware.

The apartment was perfect for my stay - it was clean and well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. It has a lovely balcony and is located in a peaceful residential area a short walk from Charlestown harbour. Lots of nice places to visit nearby.

The owner's directions were spot on. Without them we would have been lost as the postcode apparently is not recognised. A delightful apartment. Very quiet and secure. Everything in the apartment was well thought of - a home from home. Spotlessly clean and fresh. After getting our bearings we found a few pubs and restaurants within easy walking distRead moreance. This is a real gem. Well equipped, comfortable and in a good position to explore Cornwall. The apartment was situated in a lovely, quiet area where you could walk to Charleston easily to access restaurants and pubs and a short car ride to a superstore for supplies. We loved the apartment. This is a clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment with allocated parking a short walk from pubs and restaurants of delightful Charlestown Loved sitting on the balcony in the sunshine looking over the rooftops to the sea. Appreciate the cream tea left for us. This is a repeat stay which speaks volumes. A really lovely apartment in a great location. Near enough to walk down in to Charlestown but in a setting that made for peaceful evenings . The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely bright, clean accommodation perfectly located for days out and only a 10 minute stroll to Charlestown harbour which we did most days. Balcony was fabulous to sit out and look at the the views. The parking space was excellent. Would absolutely recommend the apartment and hope hope to return in the future.

The apartment was quiet, clean, modern, spacious and comfortable and was a perfect base for a couple who wish to stay in Charlestown. Usefully there is an Asda, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi and Farm Foods all very close. Ideal for the lost gardens of Heligan, and the Eden project. Pinetum Gdns are nearby and easily walkable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Lovely view from the balcony. Even looked forward to hearing the train's coming past. And only a 10 minute walk down to the pub (The Rashleigh Arms) the walk back up the hill was a bit more challenging. Lovely place to stay and would definitely return again.

The accommodation is excellent ! Modern clean and very well appointed with excellent parking facilities. Good views of the Coast and Sea in a nice quiet area . The Harbour and beach are only short walk away. A good base to travel from to visit the local attractions such as :_ Truro , Mevagissey, Fowey, The lost Gardens of Heligan etc. Good coastal Read morewalks with excellent Beaches to discover. Very quiet place and very comfortable all round .Easy parking at the allocated parking bay and liked the security of the apartment. Would highly recommend this apartment as it was also has a well equipment in the kitchen . Value for money too

Superb spacious and clean apartment with great views, really enjoyed having a late afternoon drink on the balcony. The dedicated parking space was excellent, and we rarely used the car as it so easy to walk into Charlestown and explore the SW Coastal paths (both east & west directions). Beautifully clean, well equipped and comfortable. Very quiet area and well maintained outside as well as inside. A short walk downhill to the village although a bit steep on the way back which wasn't a problem for us and we are both in our 70's!! Village was disappointing as there were none of the sailing ships in the harbour and the museum has cloRead moresed. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious and comfortable and perfectly clean throughout. Bed was very comfy. Kitchen is really well kitted out the owner has provided a really good range of crockery, cutlery etc. Parking on site was really useful and the place was very easy to find. The apartment worked very well for us and we appreciated the scones and accompaniments. We managed a walk to Polkerris and back along the coastal path one day, it was beautiful. Charlestown is very centrally placed so it was easy to pop over to the North coast in the hunt for better weather one day.

Clean, well equipped flat for a couple. Good Wi-Fi, close to shops and restaurants . Great to have allocated parking space. The stairs were tiring at first but we soon got used to them.

This holiday home has been lovingly created by the owner to make you feel at home. Contains everything you need for a self catering holiday. Quite a few steps to access the property , fine if mobility isn't an issue. Great to have a designated parking space. Charlestown is a lovely harbour area with lot's of great places to eat. Lovely apartment, nicely decorated, clean and airy. Everything we needed for our stay. Nice quiet spot, next to train line so occasional train but really not a problem. Nice little balcony to sit outside. It's about 15 minute walk to large Tesco store which was handy for milk etc.
