With stunning scenery all around and a short walk down the private track to Lamorna Cove, there's beauty to be seen everywhere when staying in this wonderfully located property. Go for a walk along the South West Coast Path to see the county from a whole new perspective, or head for one of the nearby beaches for some sand, sea and surfing. Sennen and Porthcurno make for fantastic days out, or take a short drive to Land's End, England's most westerly point. Watch freshly caught fish be brought in at the harbour villages of Newlyn or Mousehole, carry on through to Penzance for a range of facilities, or go to Marazion and walk the famous causeway to St Michael's Mount.

Boasting four bedrooms, this superb reverse-level style accommodation has all of its sleeping quarters on the ground floor. The master bedroom is a huge space, with a king-size bed and TV, which then leads through to another room with a single bed. On from this, there is an en-suite bathroom, with separate shower cubicle and WC. The next bedroom has twin single beds, whilst the fourth has another king-size bed, with an additional single. The main bathroom is on the ground floor, with a separate shower cubicle and WC, and there is also a cloakroom along the corridor with another WC. Upstairs you will find the huge open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, an ideal space for socialising, eating and enjoying the spectacular panoramic views around the property. The lounge itself features comfortable chairs and sofas, ideal for relaxing on whilst enjoying your favourite show on the TV/DVD, plus some additional seating closer to the kitchen. The large kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need during your stay, featuring an electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave, and there is a dining table to seat up to eight people for you to enjoy any home cooked meals together.

Sharing a large lawn with the other properties on the complex, the outside space is ideal for children and dogs to run around and play in. While they're occupied you can relax and while away the hours on the seating up on the balcony keeping watch with a good book or cup of tea.

We had a lovely stay at the spacious cottage, plenty of space for the children to play outside and lovely views. The walk down and back to the cove could be a challenge for young children. The owner was very friendly and helpful at all times.

Our host made us feel very welcome and the location, an easy walk to Lamorna Cove and the coastal path, was ideal. Just a shame neither the pub or the cafe in the Cove were open whilst we were staying.

Nice and quiet location on a former farm. Dog walks at the doorstep, coastal path a 15 min walk away. Nice views from balcony over fields to the sea up to lizard peninsula in the distance, lots of wildlife around (bats, owls, etc.), amazing sky at nights. We enjoyed our stay and the owners were always helpful and kind. However, some elements were disappointing and meant that our holiday wasn't as perfect as it could have been with a higher level of maintenance and replacement. I would recommend it with the caveat of my comments about it.

This is a very spacious and practically furnished holiday home. In terms of location, it is an ideal base to explore the southwestern part of Cornwall. It is easily accessible and there is ample space to park the car by the cottage, which is not so evident at many other holiday cottages in Cornwall.

This is a great cottage in a quiet and peaceful location, with easy walk down to local pub and Lamorna cove. Beautiful sea views across the field from the terrace and great place to eat breakfast in the morning when it gets the sun.

Location and space wise I would highly recommend to stay. There were a few areas we feel could have been improved in that floors and areas could be cleaner. We only saw the owners once and the neighbour a few times, Sally could not have been more helpful.
