Couples or families can relax in this bright, peaceful base that’s located in a quiet yet central part of the popular, picturesque seaside village of Saundersfoot. A 500-metre stroll takes you to the heart of the village where here you can meander through the gift shops, share romantic or family dinners at seafood restaurants and enjoy long days at the Blue Flag-awarded beach. For a fun day out, book a boat trip to spot dolphins and seals. You’re not far from other charming destinations on the Pembrokeshire Coast: walk through tunnels, once a railway line, to Wisemans Bridge (1.5 miles) where there’s a pub overlooking the sandy and rocky beach; or take a day trip to Tenby (3.5 miles) to enjoy the beaches, colourful harbour and historic, cobbled town.

Unwind from your adventures in this delightful annexe adjoining the owners resident. Head through the entrance hall into the open-plan living area. There’s a small modern kitchen, a four-seater wooden dining table and chairs, and a lounge. Laze across the plump sofa and chairs, the Freeview-included TV allowing snug nights in. On warm days, slide open the patio doors to the private patio and shared lawned area. Soothing decor continues in the double bedroom and shower room. Upstairs, you’ll find a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

The south facing private patio and lawned area, accessed via the lounge, has garden furniture and is a wonderful spot for relaxing together. Private parking is available for one car.

Absolutely brilliant cottage! Its a very short walk to the beach and all the action of Saundersfoot. I was a bit worried that we would have preferred Tenby but actually Saundersfoot is much better for the beaches (Saundersfoot, wisemans bridge and coppet) which are accessible on foot. The house itself is really nicely maintained and the beds were cRead moreomfortable. The cottage is close enough to pop into Tenby for the day, easily accessing beaches like Freshwater East/West and Barafundle. Clive, the owner, is really friendly and on hand to answer any questions. We highly recommend a stay here and would definitely come again! Hide

We found this to be a perfect holiday let for our week in West Wales (2 adults and 11 year old daughter). The property itself was clean, well equipped and comfortable and Clive the owner was very welcoming and helpful. The location benefits from good onsite parking, super easy 5 minute flat walk to town/beach from the rear garden, yet so wonderfuRead morelly quiet. The rear balcony with quality garden furniture and umbrella is a great spot to sit and eat or just relax at any time of day. Good strong WiFi, comfortable beds, good showers, coffee pod machine (a nice extra) are some other benefits. Although the kitchen area is compact it is functional and has everything you need including a small dishwasher. Saundersfoot itself is a great place to base yourself to explore Pembrokeshire. There are wonderful beaches and walks all around. We had a fantastic week here. Highly recommend. Hide

We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back and stay again to explore more of the coastline. Thoroughly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. Hide

My daughter and I arrived on 27th June for two weeks staying at Underbrook. On arrival we were greeted by the owner Clive who was very welcoming. Clive couldnt be more helpful and accommodating. We were the first guests to this new property and were very happy to see that it had everything you needed and if there was anything you wanted Clive Read morewould be more than happy to help. The property itself was lovely inside and big enough for what we needed. The bedrooms were of good size and great storage. It was equipped with everything you needed such as a Hoover, iron, ironing board, mop and bucket, hairdryers and even fans which were a godsend in this heat. The garden even though it was shared was a great space for our little dog to run around in. It is fully enclosed so didnt have to worry about our dog escaping. The back gate was perfect for a short cut to the town and is totally flat and only took us 5 minutes to walk. Thank you Clive for an amazing stay. Hide
