Newly renovated Caraway Cottage is located in the heart of Southwold and provides private parking for up to three cars which is much sought after in this popular seaside town. Caraway Cottage offers comfortable accommodation and is close by to all amenities, making it an ideal holiday retreat! Shop: 100 yards Pub: 50 yards.

What we love about this property:  Newly renovated, flexible accommodation, private parking for multiple cars and so close to the town and beach, Caraway Cottage offers it all!

GROUND FLOOR
Sitting Room: TV with Roku box for Smart TV usage with Disney Plus, integrated DVD, X-box games console. 

Open Plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room: Table and chairs, Smart TV, sofa. Kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
WC: Small cloakroom with WC and sink.
Exterior Utility Room: Tumble dryer and housing table and chairs and the high chair

FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: King size bed, dressing table, hairdryer (in stool), built in wardrobe with en-suite shower room: Large walk in shower with rain shower and hand held. Sink with vanity storage, wc.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (zip and link beds which can be made up as king sized bed - please specify at time of booking).
Bedroom 3: Built-in double bed with under-bed storage drawers.
Bathroom: Bath, over bath shower, washbasin and wc.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

Lovely cottage, beautifully presented in perfect location. Very comfortable beds but one bedroom is extremely small with double bed tight up against both walls. Kitchen very well equipped and very sociable open plan space.

Lovely Cottage and was amazed at how equipped the cottage was. I brought a few things from home which I didn't need to use in the end. Great location as it is just on the end of the high street. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Caraway Cottage is charming and conveniently located for both the town and beach. It's well equipped with a plentiful choice of cooking equipment, crockery, glassware and cutlery + cooking tools and knives - all in good condition / kitchen cleaning kit provided / tea, coffee, sugar plus a Welcome bag of goodies, and large, fluffy white towels. Excellent location for shops and beach, but the front room and main bedroom are noisy due to traffic from a fairly busy road

A beautiful holiday cottage, have returned quite a few times. Tucked away, parking excellent, light, airy, quiet position and just a little walk away from the town centre. Accommodation has excellent facilities..... returning next year

Fully equipped, cosy cottage within walking distance of everything Southwold has to offer. Perfect for us and our 2 teenagers.

Caraway Cottage was a spacious and very well equipped holiday house in perfect location in Southwold - Adnams Store, the High St. & playground all close to hand, ant and the beach 10 mins walk away.

We loved our stay at Caraway - it's a beautiful place and the kitchen/diner-garden set-up was just perfect for us. The location was spot on too with easy access to the high street and the beach. We very much hope to visit again for our trip next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Caraway Cottage. It was extremely clean, well equipped and in a great location for exploring Southwold. The beds were very comfortable and the car parking spaces were a big bonus! We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to going back in the future.

From the moment we arrived at Caraway Cottage we felt at home. It is a beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean property, it has all the facilities you need and more. Lots of attention to detail has been given to Caraway Cottage, from the fluffy white towels to the comfy sofa's in the lounge it is one of the best holiday homes we've stayed in.Read more Loved every minute of our stay here.
