This contemporary property is ideally situated for you to explore everything Holt has on offer, including an array of independent boutique shops, pubs, and restaurants. Holt is also superbly located should you wish to explore the North Norfolk coastline and beyond. Only a short drive away, you will be at the traditional and popular seaside town of Cromer (10 miles) which provides a fantastic family day out. The National Trust sites of Felbrigg (10 miles) and Blickling Hall (11 miles) are well worth a visit and if are looking for a day of retail therapy, the historic cathedral city of Norwich is just 23 miles away.

Enter this lovely property through the front door, which leads straight into a cosy lounge which is the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you want ideal location in Holt, this is it. Beware though of early morning noise from Royal mail depot opposite cottage. Also bring slippers as there are uneven floor surfaces to bang your toes. Otherwise everything is here and if you like walking the area is great.

Holt is such a beautiful Georgian town, full of charm, and this townhouse is in a perfect location close to all the amenities. The property itself is lovely spacious, comfortable bedrooms and a really welcoming feel, making it a wonderful place to stay. The only thing to be mindful of is the parking, which can be a little tight, but overall it's a Read moregreat spot for a stay in Holt. Hide

A cosy cottage with a lovely secure garden. A good position for getting to the shops without needing the car. The dining area at the end of the kitchen is a delight for having your breakfast. The noise from the delivery office starts around 5 am, so be prepared for an early wake up, it is very loud.

We could not have been happier with this lovely cottage, so well located right in the heart of the town. Spacious rooms, very nicely decorated with all the equipment needed for a cottage visit. We took our VW polo and managed to park in the space outside the house. Anything much bigger would stick out into the road so take a small car. The petrol sRead moretation/ Morrisons local is a very short walk away. All the shops/ pubs are literally a walk around the corner. A perfect stay which we will repeat. Hide

The location of this cottage is brilliant as is the totally enclosed rear garden. Everything works, apart from the TV, which appeared not to support any normal channels, ie BBC etc. it's a shame that the cottage inside is a bit tired and needs some tlc. Everything looks as if it was bought at a car boot sale. Could do with a really good clean, espeRead morecilally the kitchen , the kettle was chock a block with limes ale and took a lot of rinsing before it could be used. Oven had nasty spills in it Hide
