Visit Norfolk’s glorious coastal towns, with Wells-Next-The-Sea, Blakeney and Sheringham all within 20 miles. Other attractions well worth a visit include the North Norfolk Steam Railway in Holt (14 miles), the End of the Pier show at Cromer (23 miles), and the beach at Holkham (21 miles), made famous by the Royals, with the King's own residence at Sandringham (26 miles) nearby. Norwich, with its historic cathedral, is just 17 miles away and is a great destination for sightseeing or a spot of retail therapy.
This splendid newly built holiday home is located on the owners’ grounds, next to their property. You enter through the front door and arrive in the hallway, which is the perfect place to kick off those hiking boots before heading in to explore your surroundings. The spacious kitchen and dining area has been created with a social aspect in mind and is well-equipped, providing a real home away from home for the chef of the group to prepare a hearty meal for loved ones. The kitchen features an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer / dryer. Once dinner is ready, serve up at the dining table, which can comfortably seat up to four guests. There is a chillout area in the kitchen which has a two-seater sofa in front of a wall-mounted Smart TV – a great spot for relaxing while keeping the chef company. The lounge is back through the hallway and has a large L-shape sofa which surrounds a wall-mounted Smart TV. Why not fire up the wood burner and cosy up with loved ones whilst you all watch a movie? There is also the convenience of a downstairs WC.
Upstairs you have two bedrooms at opposite ends of the landing: the master bedroom is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, while bedroom two is a twin (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) with an en-suite shower room and WC.
Head outside to the garden patio and lawn area, either via the front door or the French doors in the lounge, to find your very own hot tub, to soak those tired muscles with a drink in hand while you star gaze in the Norfolk skies. You also have a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Off-road parking for two cars is available opposite the property on the right side as you enter the driveway.
