Set in the peaceful coastal village of West Runton, you are under 0.25 miles of the beach, local shop, pub, takeaways and restaurants. For a family day out, head to Cromer with its vast beaches, perfect for swimmers, surfers and sandcastle makers alike. There is also the Pavilion Theatre with regular shows located on the pier itself, or why not catch a film at the Regal Movieplex Cinema? For walkers, the Norfolk Coast Path is close by, offering fantastic scenic walks and access to neighbouring seaside towns and villages. Other nearby attractions include Amazona Zoo, as well as the National Trust sites of Blickling and Felbrigg Hall. Keen golfers will love the Royal Cromer Golf Club and Sheringham Golf Club - both enjoyable courses with wonderful views.

Enter this fantastic property and arrive into the lobby area, perfect for storing walking boots and jackets. Walk through to the spacious open-plan kitchen/dining area which has everything the chefs amongst you will need to prepare a lovely meal, including an Everhot Range oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The adjoining utility room house a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a dining table with seating for up to eight guests providing the perfect space to gather around with good food and conversation. Heading out into the hallway, there is access to the lounge area which has two comfortable sofas surrounding the large Smart TV and feature fire, so cosy up with loved ones by the flame-effect fire whilst you stream or watch your favourite shows. The lounge also features Xbox and Wii gaming consoles. Alongside the lounge area, you will find a games area with a full-sized pool table (which can also be converted into a table tennis table) providing hours of fun. Also on the ground floor, you will find a comfortable bedroom with a king-sized bed and a separate wardrobe. There is also a downstairs shower room with shower and WC. Upstairs, there is a choice of three bedrooms. There are two king-size rooms and one king size zip-and-link (that can be made up to twin beds upon request). All bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings including a chest of drawers and built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a Smart TV and a fully fitted en-suite shower room with shower and WC and the second king-size room looks out over the church and playing field complete with a backdrop of stunning sea views. There is also a modern family shower room with a shower and WC.

Outside, you have a lovely garden space that has a patio and decking complete with the use of a large hot tub so you can stargaze and soak away amidst the bubbles. Guests have the use of a summer house with sun chairs and an outdoor games chest. There is a large outdoor table with six chairs and a gas Outback BBQ if you would like to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. At the front of the property is another smaller grassed lawn area and private off-road parking for up to four cars. Adjoining the property is a large green church field space perfect for a kick about with a football or a friendly game of cricket or rounders.

Lovely situation, view from the ensuite room gave spectacular sunsets. Walks from the door to coastal path, beach, national trust woodland, and pub. We had lovely weather so good garden furniture and hot tub appreciated . Definitely recommend this lovely house

A very comfortable and well equipped home. We felt very much at home during our holiday. The hot tub was fantastic. Our little dogs loved their many walks around the field next to the house. Great access to Sheringham and Cromer. Very easy to contact the owner with any questions before and during the holiday.

Once again a wonderful stay at Meadowside in West Runton. From the moment we walked through the door until we left it felt like an old friend we havent seen for a year. Spacious, well looked after, well equipped and spotlessly clean and tidy, it is a joy to visit and stay for a while. What can we say, A beautiful well equipped home with some nice touches like the hand soap & moisturising cream. Very secure yard for dogs, pet friendly & the baby gates worked very well. An amazing house in an exceptional location. We loved how close it was to the beach. The pool table and hot tub were well used. The house is so spacious that even with 6 people and 3 dogs it never felt busy. The garden was lovely and so comfortable to sit and relax in. Beautiful view out to see everyday. A fab holiday.

An absolutely wonderful venue for our family Christmas. The location is excellent, adjacent to a large meadow popular with dog walkers with views of the sea, the nearby church and landscape. This house is in the perfect location to explore the North Norfolk countryside and beaches. The property was beautifully equipped with everything we needed including a stair gate to stop our dogs upstairs. West Runton is a lovely village with a range of shops & cafes and the property is in a quiet cul de sac.

The property was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. There were also plenty of children's games as well as the Games room. These however were little used as we were lucky enough to have good weather, so were out most of the time. The oven does take a very long time to heat as has been mentioned by others. Really enjoyed our stay at the property. Very week equipped roomy and great to have also a down stairs bedroom shower etc. Location very good, we took our dog so handy with a field adjacent to the property to burn off some energy.
