The charming Georgian town of Holt, having all the amenities, a wide selection of interesting shops, many eateries as well as antique shops and art galleries, along with the hustle and bustle of a town centre location.  A children’s play park is 200m away, and just half a mile from the property is Holt Country Park, which has over 100 acres of woodland with nature trails and organised events. The nearby nature reserves at Cley and Blakeney are perfect for nature-lovers, or you could take a boat trip from Blakeney Point to see a colony of grey seals. You could also take a trip on a steam train or explore the ruins of Binham Priory. The seaside town of Sheringham is 8 miles away, making this an ideal base for exploring the coast and countryside of North Norfolk

On entering this delightful holiday home you will find yourself in the bright and spacious lounge, which is an ideal space to relax in, with plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Stepping into the stylishly designed kitchen/diner, you will find both an attractive dining area and a handy breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, larder fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Going up to the first floor you will find three cosy bedrooms. There are two double rooms, both with super-king-size bedrooms, a twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom complete with a bath, separate double walk in shower cubicle and WC.

Stepping outside you can head into the courtyard area which is not enclosed, sit back on the patio at the end of the day and enjoy an evening drink. The small dedicated gated area to the side of the property is well lit and easily visible from the dining room window, ideal for your dog to stretch their legs. Parking is available to the rear of the property.

  • At  the rear of the property there is  permanently fixed Sheffield cycle stand, the stand can accommodate up to 2 bike. The design of the stand enables front and rear wheels and cycle frames to be properly secure. The area is easily accessible, well lit and overlooked from the kitchen window
  • The owner will only accept 3 or 7 night bookings from a Friday changeover any other length of stay needs to be confirmed with them at the time of booking
  • The Post office needs access through the road for early hour deliveries,the post office is located behind the property

Lovely stay in a perfect location. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, there wasn't a single thing missing. It was beautifully presented, with thoughtful touches like soft towels, and in a very convenient location. Would definitely recommend.

Washer machine not working house smells of dog hover full up no dishwasher tables no spare rubbish bags cushions had dog hair on them patio window need cleaning owner did offer to send someone in next day but they had all day Friday to clean it not on our holiday time

A very nice property, well equipped and good location. Some noise early morning from sorting office but not enough to put us off. One downside in summer very little outside space for sitting just a small area of gravel by car parking space.
